Digital Products

Downloadable products, digital guides, or e-books cannot be returned once accessed.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the status of your refund.

Initiate Your Return

Securely package the item in its original packaging if possible. Include your return authorization number and a copy of your invoice.

Send your return to the address provided by our customer service team. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund. This typically takes 5-7 business days.

Refund Issued

Your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

Refund Types

Depending on the situation, we offer different types of refunds:

Full Refund

If your item is eligible for a return and meets all criteria, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.

Exchange

If you prefer, we can exchange your item for another product of equal value. If the new item costs more, you will need to pay the difference.

Store Credit

In some cases, we may offer store credit instead of a monetary refund. Store credit never expires and can be used for future purchases.

Partial Refund

We may issue a partial refund if the returned item shows signs of wear, is missing parts, or the original packaging is damaged.

Special Circumstances

Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will either replace the item or issue a full refund, including shipping costs. We may request photos of the damaged item.

Wrong Items

If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for the return shipping at our expense and send you the correct item or issue a full refund.

Late or Missing Deliveries

If your order is significantly delayed or never arrives, please contact our customer service team. We'll track the shipment and resolve the issue accordingly.

International Orders

For international orders, the same refund policy applies, but please note that we cannot refund customs fees, import taxes, or international shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be canceled under the following conditions:

Time Limit

Cancellations will only be considered if the request is made within 7 days of placing the order. However, cancellation requests may not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to sellers/merchant(s) listed on the Platform and they have initiated the process of shipping them, or the product is out for delivery. In such an event, you may choose to reject the product at the doorstep.

Non-Cancelable Items

ECO BLEND SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED does not accept cancellation requests for perishable items like flowers, eatables, etc. However, the refund/replacement can be made if the user establishes that the quality of the product delivered is not good.

After Shipping

If your order has already been shipped, you will need to follow our return process once you receive the items.

Cancellation Fees

For orders that have been processed but not yet shipped, a nominal cancellation fee may be charged to cover administrative costs. This fee will be deducted from your refund amount. No cancellation fees will be charged for orders cancelled within 24 hours of placement.

Damaged or Defective Items

Our policy for handling damaged or defective items:

Reporting Damaged Items

In case of receipt of damaged or defective items, please report to our customer service team. The request would be entertained once the seller/merchant listed on the Platform, has checked and determined the same at its own end. This should be reported within 7 days of receipt of products.

Product Quality Issues

In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 7 days of receiving the product. The customer service team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.

Warranty Products

In case of complaints regarding the products that come with a warranty from the manufacturers, please refer the issue to them.

Refund Processing

In case of any refunds approved by ECO BLEND SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED, it will take 7 days for the refund to be processed to you.

Return Policy

Our return policy is designed to ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining product quality standards:

Time Frame

We offer refund/exchange within first 7 days from the date of your purchase. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a return, exchange or refund of any kind.

Return Eligibility

In order to become eligible for a return or an exchange:

  • The purchased item should be unused and in the same condition as you received it
  • The item must have original packaging
  • If the item was purchased on sale, it may not be eligible for return/exchange
  • Only items found defective or damaged will be replaced based on exchange requests

Non-Returnable Items

You agree that there may be a certain category of products/items that are exempted from returns or refunds. Such categories of the products would be identified to you at the time of purchase.

Return Process

For exchange/return accepted requests (as applicable):

  • Once your returned product/item is received and inspected by us, we will send you an email to notify you about receipt of the returned/exchanged product
  • If the same has been approved after the quality check at our end, your request (i.e. return/exchange) will be processed in accordance with our policies

  2. Pack the item securely in its original packaging
  3. Include all original accessories, tags, and documentation
  4. Attach the return authorization number to the package
  5. Ship the package to the address provided by our customer service team
