Shipping and Delivery

  • Tracking information must be provided

  • Clear shipping policies must be maintained

Customer Service Standards

  • Respond to customer inquiries within 24 hours
  • Professional and courteous communication
  • Fair return and refund policies
  • Maintain a minimum 4-star rating

Performance Requirements:

  • Maintain order fulfillment rate above 95%
  • Keep cancellation rate below 5%
  • Respond to customer messages within 24 hours
  • Regular store updates and inventory management

Account Suspension Policy

Seller accounts may be suspended for:

KYC Requirements

    • Immediate removal of prohibited items
    • Temporary suspension of selling privileges
    • Freezing of seller account
  • Investigation:
    • Internal review of seller account
    • Verification of compliance history
    • Assessment of violation severity
  • Penalties:
    • Permanent account termination for serious violations
    • Forfeiture of pending payments
    • Legal action where applicable
    • Reporting to relevant authorities
